What ages is the Discovery Bus Birthday Party for?
Many different ages can enjoy the celebration; however, we have found that children ages 2 -
7 enjoy the activities the most. Older/Younger children may be able to participate subject to
the discretion of the Birthday Leader.

How many children can you accommodate on the The Discovery Bus?
Our base party package is for up to 14 children. For children with special needs, we suggest a
maximum of 6 or 7 children.

If you are having a larger party don't worry, we can still accommodate your group. We would
just require that the party be broken up into two groups that are either ½ hour long, or we
can do two groups of 45 minutes long for an additional fee. We work with other party groups
(face painting, balloon artists and such) and we would be happy to coordinate and quote for
additional activities to entertain the children while they are waiting for their turn on The
Discovery Bus.

What activities do you do on the Bus?
Obstacle courses, music stretches, parachute and other party games (sack races, ball races
and others) make up a typical party. We customize the party to the age and abilities of the
participants. Prior to the event, we will discuss with the host the numbers and ages of the
participants and we will customise the party accordingly. At the end of the party we will hold a
medal ceremony and present each child with a medal and a hearty round of applause (great
picture opportunity!). Making sure the birthday child has a fun, memorable party is our ultimate
goal!

How many instructors are there for a Birthday Party?
There are always at least two certified, energetic instructors per event.

How long in advance do I need to book?
That will depend on the flexibility of your schedule. We will make every effort to accommodate
your request, but a minimum of two weeks prior to the date is best.

What should I do to reserve my date and time?
Birthday parties can be booked either by calling us at 407.977.7874 or e-mailing us at
info@thediscoverybus.com. A 50% deposit is required to hold the date.
