“A Sensory Gym on Wheels”

What ages can participate in the 'Discover Me' school program?
The 'Discover Me' program is designed for children ages 2 to 7.
Children who are not yet 2, but are walking independently may be able to join at the
discretion of The Discovery Bus owners.

How many children are on the Discovery Bus at one time?
The maximum number of children that will participate in a single class is 14. We will add
additional classes once the number of children reaches 15.

How many instructors are there in each class?
There are always at least TWO energetic, kind and certified instructors on the Bus with your
children. The Discovery Bus Team are all experienced in working with children, certified in
preschool gymnastics and safety certified. Our team undergo Level 2 background checks and
fingerprinting. In addition, our team are all CPR and First Aid certified.

What will our children learn/do in the 'Discover Me' program?
The classes are structured with weekly lesson plans. Each lesson plan will include learning and
building up movement skills using the basics of tumbling; squat, pike, straddle, lunge, v-sit,
bridges and Ta Da. Forward rolls, backward rolls, cartwheels are incorporated into our lesson
plans. Warm up and warm down session are always done. These are fun, musical and
enriched with sensory equipment for the optimal start and finish to the program.

The equipment and program will be rotated based on the age group and progression level.
Our equipment includes; Resilite gym mats, Bars, Balance Beam, Vault, Trampoline, Ropes,
Rings, Monkey Bars, Climbing wall and much more.

Safety is our main concern, but FUN is what it's about for the children!

How often does my child participate in the 'Discover Me' program?
The Discovery Bus will come to your child's school once a week, for a 30 minute program.
The Discovery Bus team works closely with the director of the school to ensure easy and safe
transitions to the bus.

The Discovery Bus program is a year round program (44 weeks), this allows the instructors to
work on progressive skills and get to know your children's abilities, strengths and weaknesses.
However, due to the nature of the program, a child may begin the program at any time.

What does the 'Discover Me' program cost?
There is an annual registration fee of $20 for the first child ($15 for siblings).

The Discovery Bus offers 3 payment plans:
A: $45 monthly
B: $120 three (3) month prepaid package
C: Full pay $465

We accept checks, Visa and Mastercard. Please make checks payable to 'The Discovery Bus'.

All payments are to be made by the 1st of each month.
We offer two credits or refunds for classes missed due to illness or vacation annually (with
prior notification)

How do I enroll my child in the 'Discover Me' program?

your child's enrollment.

There is no 'Discover Me' program at my child's school - what can I do?
If your child's school does not offer the 'Discover Me' program, please ask the director of your
